Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

As it is a rotation scheme, give every placement a go by working in different departments, even if it's not your area of knowledge or interest. I regret being in the same department in almost my three rotations, and reckon if I could go back in time, I'd rather try or give a go to others like QA or SHE.

Do you have any interview tips?

The assessment centre is a very good way to get to know potential candidates a bit more personally, as sometimes the first impression is not the best, so being yourself is essential for it and reflect your prospects and what your interests are, as when you are selected your next two years will depend very much on the company's perception of these interests
