Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
This role involves very little technical input - if you have done an engineering degree or geology degree, this will not build on what you have done. It does provide good opportunities to stay a part of the industry and develop commercial, strategic and analytical skills instead.

Be confident and be yourself. There is a big weighting towards people that will 'fit well' in the team. You will meet a whole range of people on the team when you interview.
