What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexi-Time, Variety of Work, Colleagues, Responsibility/Trust to lead your own career and organise your own time.Pay (but it's not too big a deal for me). 'Redtape'/process getting in the way (although understandable due to the nature of the work).

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexi working allowing for a very good work/life balance. Technical area of work combined with hands on experimentation and trialing means that day to day activities vary.Pace of work can be slow, lots of process to contend with.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The opportunities that arise and the people whom you are surrounded by on a daily basis are incredibly vast and eye-opening. You can often find yourself feeling isolated, unmotivated or demoralised due to a lack of resource or red tape.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The overall best thing about my job is the type of work I get to be involved in. Working in Defence means the work is always new, challenging and interesting. This means I'm always motivated to think of new ways to exploit technologies. The job is always interesting because of the range of work I am involved in.The worst thing is definitely the pay. Compared to other jobs requiring the same qualifications/experience the pay is lower than other jobs (in my case engineering.) Starting salary is around £4,000-£5,000 lower than a similar graduate job, however I truly believe the type of work makes it worth it (however I understand this would drive a lot of people away).

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexibility, chances to try different types of work, responsibility for own work, chances for development. The pay is extremely low in comparison to similar graduates who work in the private sector. There can be an attitude that people need to 'serve time' prior to applying for career progression steps rather than assessing candidates based on their skills and body of work. This can make for an uncomfortable environment at times.
