Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Someone wanting to do an apprenticeship is not being hired because of what they know, they are being recruited because they show willingness to learn and grow throughout the course of the apprenticeship. An apprentice is not expected to know everything, and you should therefore not try and pretend that you do. Talk about what you do know, why you are passionate about the subject and show your willingness to learn and improve.

Be prepared. You may not know the questions you will be asked, but you can still prepare. Do your research into the apprenticeship scheme, the company and not only should you talk about what you can give a company, but talk about what their company can help you achieve.
