What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Understand the competencies that they are looking for. Demonstrate how you have, or will prove this clearly.

Be someone that they want to work with - I was definitely not the most intelligent or experienced graduate that applied however I feel that I have good interpersonal and communication skills. Showing the right attitude and willingness to get on with others will do you well.
