What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

From a customer operations perspective, you need to show your passion for customer service, furthermore, demonstrate that you have leadership potential.

E.ON want the new generation of customer centric leaders so ensure your examples prove that you care about customers and can provide examples of where you role model and show your adaptability and resilience.

Also ensure you do your research on the energy industry as this is really important, especially as you progress through the application process.

Be calm and composed as E.ON like it when you can perform under pressure in a composed fashion.
