What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The company really look towards 'people friendly' individuals. A lot of natural confidence! However, it is a heavily sales aspect, monthly targets are in place for sign ups, new members etc. however having said that - there is no immediate pressure or fear of your job depending on it. Pretty soon you find yourself comfortable with it all as a result from working in a close knit team within your centre.
