What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would say to be sure that you can commit to the working hours and be prepared to work hard. This job is incredible and any experience with children will serve you well, you must be full of energy and looking forward to a challenge. You should be willing to approach new families and children with whom you have never worked and be happy to know that this job is very much about building bonds with new people. Try not to feel intimidated by an aspect of the job outline in which you have little experience because Explore Learning provide brilliant ongoing training in all areas.
