Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would advise a new candidate to ensure they have the basic skills of time management and organisation. I would tell them that they need to be self-driven and focused in order to succeed here at Fidelity. The company is very supportive but you will only gain the most out of the experience by going above and beyond.
Do you have any interview tips?
I would say that new candidates need to showcase their skills but not be too overpowering and over-confident. Ensure you can hold a conversation, making eye contact and showing you are engaged. Make sure you engage the interviewer, ensuring you have questions to ask them (not what is the salary, for example how have they found their time with Fidelity). Other advice would be to present yourself in a respectable way that shows the interviewer you want to learn and are open to learning.
