What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Understand the company culture before applying. It is worth going to a company event beforehand to get a sense of what is important to the company. Also realise that Fidelity is not an investment bank! Avoiding stupid errors always helps.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview consists of a team exercise, a case study, a prepared presentation and an oral interview. The topics for each change, but the advice is the same as for any assessment centre: work well in a team and demonstrate that you have put some thought into your responses.
