What are the best and worst things about your company?
Good autonomy, work/life balance, salary + benefits, and culture of inclusion and fraternity. The knowledge that what you're doing will have a positive effect on consumers.Whilst the work is challenging it can be frustrated by overly-bureaucratic / risk averse policies and a wanting strategic direction. As a graduate you are afforded autonomy in your work but the organisation is structurally very hierarchical.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The work can be high profile and it has an impact on the wider society and UK consumers. There is sometimes too much governance and the organisations extremely conservative risk tolerance means that you are sometimes constrained in what you can do.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The opportunity to undertake investigations and litigation on behalf of a public authority; while not unique these opportunities are somewhat rare. The strong emphasis on training and development, good work/life balance and relatively good rewards package. Excellent rotational opportunities. As a public sector organisation it can be bureaucratic.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
High levels of responsibility - as a grad you are not treated differently to people with many years of experience and are often asked to contribute to high profile projects. Brilliant work/life balance - the FCA does not from my experience have a culture of face time. The idea is that you are efficient in the hours you work and as long as you are completing work to a good standard then 35-40 hours per week is not frowned upon. Progression issues - the FCA has a very flat structure and so progression may take longer periods of time than elsewhere. Of-course the other side of the coin is that you are given jobs with high levels of responsibility and very senior members of the company are approachable.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The opportunity to shine from day one. I was lucky in that my manager gave me responsibility form the first day. With that I have been able to lead a project to completion and demonstrated early on, that I have leadership abilities. My current position is in a very busy team, meaning I tend to work long hours.
