What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

On the assessment day, stay calm, be yourself and have fun. Don't forget that the other candidates are in the same position as you so are just as anxious and nervous. Get to the assessment centre with plenty of time to spare as this can really calm your nerves and also gives you an opportunity to talk to the other candidates. (Who one day you may be working with!)

On the day of the assessment centre, don't fixate on things you think you did badly on. The point of an assessment centre is to push you and see how you perform under pressure. There's a range of activities that you'll be asked to complete on the day so if you feel you've done bad on one exercise, you have room to compensate yourself on another task.

Do you have any interview tips?

Fujitsu value these competencies so make sure you have examples of when you have demonstrated these as this could come up in the interview. Have a variety of examples that include previous work experience/ University experience/ general hobbies etc.

-Driving Innovation
