- Ask about what topics are covered in the homework, and see if you will benefit from this or if it is a repetition of what you did at university
- The homework is not everything in Edison, as there are leadership training that we get as well as the diff
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment centre consists of 5 half hour interviews on areas like technical, organisation, goals etc. As well as a group exercise.
The sort of questions that they ask:
- name a time you worked as part of a good/bad team
- how do you resolve conflict
- how do you manage your time
- what is your working day like
- what are your goals
- what makes you different from the other applicants etc.
