What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Most people are given the placement because of which Uni they go to, if you don't go to one of the particular Uni's they like it's very hard. Lots of online tests and then a meet the manager interview, they'll interview 1 or 2 other people...you just have to have lots of interest in Healthcare and in the role. Can't look like you have other offers.
