What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you get lots of work experience before your application, not only does this make you look good on paper but also gives you more confidence in an interview. Get you application in early. And as nerve-racking as it might be try and let your character come through as much as possible.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was not asked that much on the technical side of things or what was going on in the market. It was more the interviewers wanting to get to know you as a person, so asking about hobbies and work etc. They do not expect you to know everything before you start, that is why they put you on a 2 year graduate scheme!
