I help manage GSK's external supply network - which includes companies who manufacture products for GSK.
What do you actually do on a day-to-day basis?
I work on sourcing new products and manufacturers, broadening GSK's outreach into emerging markets, implementing operational excellence/lean sigma in GSK and developing strategies for future products.

What hours do you actually work, on average? 8amto 5pm.
Working hours are flexible and you have enough time to have a nice lunch or go to the gym during lunch. There is no late-night or early-morning culture and nobody will micro-manage you. Your time is your own responsibility and most people work until they feel satisfied with what they have achieved in the day.
