What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Do not take this role lightly - this role has a lot of expectations and it is a massive learning experience. The application process is intensive but if you are passionate about the role then perservere. Coming out of University it is a bit of an undertaking for a first job but if you are willing to throw yourself into the role and push yourself out of your comfort zone, you will reap the rewards. At every opportunity ask as many questions about the company, role and the office you will potentially work at (all offices across the UK vary significantly in size which makes such a difference to the working environment).
