What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
If you want to make it in hospitality this is the programme for you. It is not easy - you will have very long difficult days and you have to be a bit crazy to do it, but there is fantastic job satisfaction, networking and training. You will realise very quickly if the hospitality sector is for you when you start the programme. Lots of people drop out and only the passionate continue.
