Do the practice tests before you attempt the real ones. Be calm and select the answer that first comes in your mind while doing the personality test.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be yourself and make sure you prepare before assessment. Bar is very high and keep in mind all those who made it through to the assessment centre are the top 5% applicants. You have 6 hours to sell yourself in the right way and be bold but polite.
