Positives: Recruit staff members, assist them, train them....
What qualifications and skills are needed to be great at this job?
Bachelors degree, good knowledge of hospitality, practical experience in hospitality, good knowledge of human resources and training, leadership skills.
What advice would you give to candidates applying for a similar role at this company
Do some practical work experience i.e. traineeships. Enlarge your knowledge by reading human resources and leadership books.
What are the best and worst things about your company specifically?
