Show ability and interest beyond acedemics and the law - this is a firm that doesn't have a 'type' but is looking for people who are passionate, with good people skills and personality.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked competency based questions with one question on current affairs at the initial telephone interview. At the assessment day I was then asked a wide range of competency questions as well as personal questions to better get to know me and my interest in the area that I was applying for. The final interview with a partner was completely dependent on the style of the person conducting the interview.
