What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't stress about the application process. I actually enjoyed the assessment centre and you should too. Go in with an open mind and nothing to loose, keep a smile on your face and be happy to talk to everyone around you and the rest will fall into place if you're a good fit.
Do you have any interview tips?
I was bad at interviews, including my one for this job. Luckily the assessment process looks beyond this. Since joining, I have developed my skills in this area with the help of company training and have a lot more confidence in interview scenarios for the future.
