Be yourself and try to demonstrate the experience that you have had through other things e.g. part-time jobs or work experience, even if it is completely unrelated to chemistry.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews with management can actually be quite fun if you relax and just be yourself, they are looking to find out more about you as a person. Read a bit of information from the website to make sure that you understand what the company actually does! And for the technical interview, it doesn't matter too much if you don't know the answer straight away, they are looking more at how you deal with a problem, although better to read up on some of the basics first (fundamental chemistry and basic catalysis).
