What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Most of all just be yourself! You need to be able to work as part of a team, interact through presentations and sometimes the job requires you to work under pressure, but that's the same in any job. They will look at your education (either BSc, Master or PhD!), but also previous experience and hobbies.
