What are the best and worst things about your company?
The variety in the role, going out to meet clients and being given a lot of responsibility early on. Very structured learning and promotion process.Pay & location not great. Sometimes travelling around clients a bit too much and have to expense costs... At times can end up with a lot of outgoings and short of money at the end of the month.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company culture is excellent- lots of socials, great work/life balance. You also feel like you have a lot of responsibility at an early point in your career- giving clients advice and seeing them act on it is really satisfying.Because it's project based, workload levels really fluctuate- sometimes you will suddenly have a lot on at once and at other times you'll be actively seeking work.
