What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself! They're not trying to trick you and actually the intial application is much less difficult than most grad scheme applications. The first stage is an online test and then you'll have a telephone interview. In the interview they'll ask you whether you want to work in marketing or market research - if you are looking for a marketing role, this isn't it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, they are just trying to work out if you're the type of person that would fit with the company. They like you to have an opinion, rather than sit on the fence, but they will challenge you.
