Working in a FMCG things can change very quickly therefore the work is fast paced and varied. Additionally the work you are given carries responsibility, but I did not find this daunting as in KC curiosity and questions are encouraged, no question is a silly question!

The company culture and employees are all incredibly helpful and supportive when you begin and as time goes on, helping to make it an enjoyable place to work.

People in the company are genuinely awesome, they will help you with anything if you ask for assistance and they all want the best for you.

Worst:

Not enough training, role specific or general development, to satisfy. It's an area that's completely dependent on the quality of the team leader, with no standard process in place for bringing talent into a team, which means a lot of the time skills are missed and it takes longer to make an impact that it should, which I think is harmful to the talent in the organisation.
