What are the best and worst things about your company?
Kimberly-Clark is a fast paced, friendly and dynamic place to work. You have the opportunity to work on leading worldwide brands, gain excellent training and are given full responsibility from day one. My job is varied and no two days are the same, which makes it all the more exciting! There are no significant 'worst' parts about working at Kimberly-Clark, although they do expect a lot from their graduates.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The working culture is amazing. People are very open and approachable and the company gives it's employees a lot of flexibilities. The placements for the graduates have real responsibility. There is a lack of structured functional training available for graduates.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great package of company benefits, locations based in the South East, friendly and supportive culture, mentoring and buddy scheme and a job with real responsibility. Can be a bit difficult to start your job and hit the ground running if you don't have a supply chain/functional background and there could be more support in this respect.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Friendly culture. Small graduate intake so high levels of exposure (not just a number). Really good work-life balance.Supply Chain function seen as a 'cost' rather than 'value adding' - this can be frustrating when you are part of the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme.
