As a candidate you need to be very flexible, have strong communication skills, great time management and a desire to learn and absorb information. You need to be prepared to learn quickly and be able to feel comfortable with job rotations across the two year graduate scheme.
Interview Advice:
Do plenty of research on the company, be willing to speak in detail about previous work and university experiences which you can relate to the role. Ask plenty of questions about the company as the IT sector is not particularly well known outside of Kingfisher.
