What are the best and worst things about your company?
Each day brings different challenges. Job roles have evolved and changed in my 18 months so far which has kept things fresh and interesting. Lots of opportunities for more responsibility. Great team of people to work with a lot of different experience and backgrounds to learn from.Nature of construction can result in changes and issues arising with short notice to resolve them which can be stressful at times- but also challenging which is a good thing. Still very much a blame culture which can be tiresome and hinder progress on solving issues.

Starting salary as a graduate was good and has steadily increased through the graduate programme. There is a push to win 'major' projects and therefore some areas of the country are somewhat neglected.
