What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Emphasise your commitments to working relationships/team environments, as well as desire to work in a fast changing industry - LOR are very much striving to be at the forefront of technological and process change and without sounding too bias, I work here because I believe LOR are actually starting to deliver against that philosophy.
Do you have any interview tips?
As difficult as it may seem, attempt to differentiate yourself between other candidates. Appear hungry for career development and opportunity, as LOR will reward those who deserve it. Don't be narrow minded about career direction, although if 100% committed to a particular role then express that interest.
