What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you have tailored your application to why you want to come to Latham in particular, copying and pasting answers from other application forms doesn’t work. Knowledge of the firm’s culture and key practice areas is a must.
Do you have any interview tips?
There are two interviews – a general interview all about yourself and a commercial awareness interview. In comparison to other firms the commercial awareness interview is focused more on your understanding of commercial issues as a whole rather than a particular issue that is topically in the papers.
