To work at Leap you have to be dedicated to working hard, as this is where you will reap the benefits. The training will give you a platform to work with and if your focused at being successful than you will be.

I would advise any candidates to just be themselves in the interview process. As throughout the interviews there is various workshops and presentations, thus allowing your qualities to shine through.
