What are the best and worst things about your company?
Ability to manage your own tasks and be involved in assignments of interest. There is a lot of scope to get involved in a variety of tasks; the training offered by Lockheed Martin is excellent.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
You are given plenty of responsibility and have the chance to do work that is actually important and essential to the project/company. Additionally, you can take on as much work as you want. There is plenty of miscommunication between the graduates and functional heads which leads to confusion over graduate opportunity and rotations.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
I am able to apply the skills acquired in my degree to my job. When I have new ideas to bring to the team, I am always listened to.There's a lot of training delivered on the corporate values but there isn't much technical training given when starting the job, and upper management don't seem to recognise the importance of this in order to improve company capabilities.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
It's fun to explore the practical side. Noisy, messy, occasionally smelly and lots of equipment to play with. Can be frustrating when work falls through or contracts are delayed; the role is fairly informal and so often stuck waiting for supporting teams to catch up through the formal approvals process.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Colleagues are good fun, very knowledgeable and helpful people in the company. Grad life within the company is good as well. The company invests a lot into the grads. Some of the company business processes could be better. Not much around in the area, so post work social life can suffer.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Benefits package and private pension scheme.Nothing much to the graduate scheme apart from quarterly events at different sites around the business which are mostly focused around subjects close to HR. Responsibility is quite lacking to begin with and there is a lot of asking for work rather than the other way around.
