What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
For certain disciplines of engineering (mechanical, electrical, software etc.) a good technical understanding is preferable. The company are keen on bringing on people who have a solid technical background but also have the attitude and desire to learn and develop more and are enthusiastic about the projects the company have to offer.
Do you have any interview tips?
During the group task do not feel that you have to be loud and outspoken to make sure you make a good impression. Focus on the task at hand and how best to solve it rather than talking just to sound like you know what to do. It is about the entire team reaching the goal in the best possible manner. Also, I would advise revising basic technical understanding of the subject that you prepare a presentation on as you will be asked questions on it.
