What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Spend time on your application form, research the company and showcase your enthusiasm, abilities and experience. Make sure you mention your extra-circular activities if you can!
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare numerous examples of experience. I based mine on Mace's core values (six at the time - Safety First, Second Nature, Client Focus, Integrity, Pursuit of a Better Way, Opportunity and One Mace). Then additional examples such as sales experience, using your initiative, and your strengths and weaknesses (weakness is a tough one, but look at what it is and how to are attempting to tackle it).
Look smart, smile, eye contact, be confident (even if you're not on the inside!). Most importantly, be yourself - show them who you are.
