What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, Mars has a very different process and focuses on the individual rather than what you have achieved in the past. If you are not yourself and fit in with the culture then you will not enjoy the role here. It's a two way process and definitely relaxed and set up for more of a conversation which was refreshing!
Do you have any interview tips?
Working with people is key as its a network organisation, have plenty of examples to hand to your experiences and understand what you learnt from these experiences and what you would do in the future or differently.
