What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
100% be yourself. The recruitment firm will see through any attempt to pull the wool over their eyes.
Enthusiasm is absolutely paramount, always appear to be enjoying yourself or at least to be getting "stuck in" in every task.
Bear in mind though that you should ensure that you encorporate others, especially those who may be naturally inclined to take a quieter role in a group discussion.
Do you have any interview tips?
Similar as above, the interviewers are not looking for you to have a detailed knowledge of insurance (although background knowledge is of course a requirement) they are looking for your enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and your ability to be flexible and adaptable in a team environment.
