What are the best and worst things about your company?
Interesting classified work. Ability to move around departments and experience different positions. Flexi time and ability to take flexi days/half days. Decent training/development opportunities.Could do more to identify and develop promising/high achieving graduates. It can seem like progression after the grad scheme is based more on process than ability.

The graduate community and generally the people who work at the company make it a pleasure to be here. The company also has a lot of benefits past its basic salary.Application process doesn't always put the graduates into the right areas.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Flexi-Time provides you with the flexibility to start or finish late or early allowing you to work late one day to finish early the next day. Graduate scheme is well structured with the training it provides and the company as a whole is very supportive of the graduates and your development. For my home department the work is very varied which keeps it interesting and gives a chance to learn and experience a wide range of skills. What are the best and worst things about your company?
On the graduate scheme you have great flexibility to move around and gain a wide variety of experience as you move placements every 6 months for the two years you are on the graduate scheme. Also flexi-time is great as it allows you to start/finish work within certain times and take flexi days when you have built up enough time.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Good working environment, interesting and varied work, opportunities as a grad to move around and experience other types of work are very good, good work-life balance and employee benefits.Sometimes due to business processes it takes a long time to get initially set up on a project/software sorted.
