What are the best and worst things about your company?
It's a nice and open environment. The job provides me with many opportunities to learn about technologies that I would not normally encounter. The people here are fun and friendly. Some days can be really slow if I need to perform a lot of mostly identical tasks.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
There a lot of experts in the company that you can learn from. You are working on all kind of interesting fields and using different technologies. The company is giving you opportunities to grow as a IT expert and a person as well.As lame as it may sound I cannot think of anything right now. It is a good place to be.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The work is challenging. It is a team environment with individual tasks. I am able to find help when I need it, or to find someone who can point me to the right direction. My co-workers are fun and helpful.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Huge variety of components and systems developed, in both the Newbury office and across the rest of the company, presenting a wide array of technologies to work with. Many components, especially core ones, are as old as the company and as such are very, very complicated to get started with.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Working with a big code base and learning something new every day. Big support from both inside your team and from other teams, which is a tremendous help when you are on the start of your career. There is a big emphasis on communication. A good salary with a lot of different benefits, bonuses, share options and days off. Good training and different career options. Being a big company with a lot of clients, development tends to be driven by customer desires which don't always align with yours.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Excellent work atmosphere. People I work with are definitely awesome. Great support from senior members of organization. Excellent software building process - code reviews, Continuous Integration, Unit and Automation tests of every feature and every bug which is fixed, the best practices in software development are used. Lots of trainings - you could learn a lot working here and develop yourself as a great developer.I don't think there are bad things about the company or the job, however, since we're working on big products and components, sometimes is very hard to change a technology which is used due to lots of code already written.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
* Flexible hours * Relaxed environment * Sporting activities during Lunch e.g. Badminton with other employees. * Good team chemistry. * Friendly and supportive manager. * Code reviews usually required (helps spread knowledge and settle in to team conventions) * Looked after (1 to 1s every 1 or 2 or 3 weeks). * Free drinks. * Good spec work laptop and work station with two monitors. * Discount sports membership. * Frequent charity / fundraiser events involving cakes etc. * Very good benefits: pension, bonus, holiday options, salary sacrifice, donation * Car park available (gets full by 9am though - so getting in early is good) * Environmentally friendly (recycle bins) * Ethnically diverse. * Free training courses are provided (time management, goal mapping etc.) * Allowed to work at home if slightly ill, not able to get to work or need to be at home for something. * Sick leave available. * Much of the work is interesting and niche.
