What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 9:00

Finish: 17:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Can't comment too much on actually applying since I was approached by Pareto about the job.

As part of the application, I had to do a aptitude test, a programming test and a phone interview. This was followed by an assessment day

Do you have any interview tips?

There was an assessment day that you have to attend, so if you live far away make sure you book a hotel so you don't have to leave in 2 in the morning. Don't be too fussed about spending money on travel as they will reimburse it later.

The assessment day was split up into 3 separate sections, first as to deduce communication and teamwork skills which had us form groups and work with other candidates.

The second part was a formal interview with pareto. This is was a normal interview which had all the generic questions that you would expect in a interview

Finally there was a technical interview with at least one member of senior staff, in which they give you a problem to solve. They will guide you through the problem so don't get discouraged if you feel that they helped you out too much.
