You could take responsibilities if you are capable. Benefits like Medical/dental cover, pension, insurance, reduced gym membership, free drinks etc. Great technically sound colleagues. No formal dress codeSome colleagues are rude

What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great working environment (smart/casual dress, free drinks, flexible working hours). Friendly and helpful colleagues. Sports & Social club for sports/fun/social activities. Great benefits scheme. A large amount of trust and responsibility. Regular company-wide presentations made by the CEO detailing how the company is performing.
