What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be willing to learn lots and gain some broad knowledge on the industry. Don't panic if your knowledge level is low currently, you can learn everything you need to once you're here. Be proactive in learning though. And be ready for some late nights (both in the office and the pub).

What types of media I was familiar with already and their functions within a campaign, tools and training I already had, general media knowledge, writing skills, team skills.
