Best

Flexibility with working from home and work hours.
The amount of support you get from management and the emerging talent team. Everyone is keen to help graduates and aid in their development.
Get given plenty of responsibility from the start.

Worst

I am yet to meet anyone in person but that is because of COVID not because of DHL

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Put a lot of time and effort into the questions they ask on the application and spent a lot of time preparing for the online interview. Have lots of knowledge of the company and of the sector you're applying to be in.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself and let your personality come through rather than being too serious. Of course you still have to be professional but more than anything the interviewers will be looking for someone they can see will fit in well with the company. Also, ask lots of questions about the company and the individuals you are talking to.
