What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the role thoroughly, but importantly research Nationwide as an employer as well, to be sure it suits you. Speak to anyone who already works there first to find out their opinion. It's very different to the banks so don't get confused - remember it is a building society!
Do you have any interview tips?
Can't remember any specific questions but primarily competency based at all stages of the process. They are interested in how well you you can work with/understand others as well as how well you understand yourself and your own capabiltiies
