What are the best and worst things about your company?
Great investment in people from the start, dedicated graduate modules which the whole cohort attend. In role, there is a huge amount of trust and responsibility given to you with many opportunities to develop and challenge yourself further. This graduate scheme also allows you to get great insight into other functions with cross-team and cross-functional pieces of work. There is a range of benefits working for the company also including a flexible working policy, employee discounts, 25 holidays a week + flexitime days.

Well defined graduate development programme with lots of support for graduates. As Nestle employ a lot of graduates it means that you have a large cohort that you can rely on. Nestle put their graduates into real roles with real responsibilities. It isn't just made up project work!
