Application Advice:
Apply, apply, apply! The business is growing and is expanding into exciting new areas and has, I believe, a very bright future ahead.
In terms of the application itself, it is important to show that you are a keen learner,a hard worker and have plenty of initiative (it's a very fast paced business) but it's also important to be a good friendly character.
Interview Advice:
Just like any interview it's important to prepare - know the market, know competitors, know the business.
But New Look specific advice is threefold:
1) Bring ideas - New Look is an open and expanding business, everyone gives ideas for improvement and they are always greatly appreciated. This can come in the form of what other companies do well, or what we don't do so well in.
2) Be Confident/smile - New Look's motto is to make people look good and feel good, with confidence you'll feel like a natural selection for the company.
3) Make it clear you are ambitious - with the risk of repeating myself, we are a rapidly expanding business with ambitious expansion plans. The greatest asset to a company like this is employees who have the same finish line in mind - to be the best.
