What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is a great scheme to get yourself on, especially if you are the kind of person that is motivated to make a difference. The organisation is needing and appreciates "new blood" due to some of its struggles to evolve quickly. This means it is easy to find things where you can make a difference but it isn't easy to actually make your impact so you will have to work hard.
Do you have any interview tips?
The recruitment process is robust but not too intimidating. Culture is very important in this organisation and although it is looking for motivated indiviuals who can change some of the ways of working it needs people who understand the company's values and principles of doing right by the customer and always acting ethically.
