What are the best and worst things about your company?
The culture, the friendliness of the people who work here and the slightly smaller scale allowing visibility over lots of areas/projects.Process driven tasks, system issues, problems with processes.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The company is global and yet remains small enough and nimble enough to adjust to the ever-changing regulatory culture of finance today. Unlike it's competitors, the management structure is extremely flat which allows for junior talent to both network with senior management and obtain responsibility from an early outset. Combining this with the facilities of an on-site gym, doctors, dentist, GP and an awesome roof terrace, and the plethora of opportunities to get involved in with regards to CSR and other societies, I would say it is an absolutely ideal company to work for.I do not have any negatives this far in my career in relation to Nomura or my role.

What are the best and worst things about your company?
The people-very friendly, understanding and there to help you learn as much as possible so that you improve. Kind corporate culture in Nomura overall very charity centred and a sense of community. Great office with great facilities and location.Working hours are erratic which can be frustrating. A lot of paperwork and compliance issues to think about - can get in the way/slow down delivering quality products to client.
