What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My only piece of advice is to listen to the training and take everything on board in order to progress at a faster rate.
No one wants to be resourcing, whilst invaluable. I myself wanted to be in position where I earn money quicker and thus I wanted to get promoted as soon as possible.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and don't treat it like an interview, everyone there wants you to get the job therefore it is paramount that you don't act arrogant and cocky as it's not what they are looking for.
